The WIB (Women in Black) vigil is every Wednesday 4:45 -5:45 PM in front of the main library on Mill Plain Blvd.

Men are also invited to join us...Bring signs, if you wish...Our main
focus is ending the war in Iraq.

1. Wear black.

2. You may, if you wish, make a black & white sign..i.e., "End the War, " "Bring our Troops Home," "War Cures Nothing, etc."

3. We maintain silence, taking a serious stance, not talking, or waving...just vigilant; thus, respecting the same mode as the state, national and world WIB organizations. About 8 women attended the September 19 vigil. We hope to have more participants each week.

4. Please DO NOT PARK in the library parking lot. Convenient parking is available in the tennis court area behind the library
